Graham Colbourne is an experienced psychotherapist, supervisor and trainer at the Gestalt Psychotherapy Training Institute (GPTI). He completed studies in the subject of clinical supervision at the Sherwood Psychotherapy Training Institute, as well as Studies in Gestalt Psychotherapy and Postgraduate Studies in Youth and Community Work. Graham also holds a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry. As a therapist, he is affiliated with UKCP.

Graham Colbourne spent many years as a coach in Birmingham, York and Scotland. He was also co-director at York Psychotherapy Training Center and and Edinburgh Gestalt Center. He is a trainer of supervisors in England and Scotland and supervises trainees and accredited therapists of various strands in individual and group sessions. He is also a therapist who provides individual and group therapy, as well as short- and long-term couples psychotherapy. He has worked as an examiner at GPTI and GITA and as chairman of GPTI’s ethics committee. He was also an associate on the committee on the GPTI training standards.
