International therapy group LSG-Club: Therapy for therapists. Led by Marten Bos (The Netherlands)
For several months we have been working at the Lodz Gestalt School with therapists and therapists from Belarus and Ukraine, taking advantage of the fact that Poland is a safe place for emigrants from these countries. A dream arose for us to not only organise something for our colleagues who were forced to leave their homes, but to start being in therapeutic spaces together (Polish, Belarusian and Ukrainian therapists) and to learn as much as possible from each other.
The only difficulty was the language difficulty. However, we thought to try to circumvent it a little and invite colleagues from Poland who speak English or Russian to join the group of Russian-speaking therapists and therapists.
The group, called LSG-Club: Therapy for Therapists, will work on a stationary basis in a ‘therapy for therapists’ format and will start on 21-23 January 2024 in Lodz, at the headquarters of the Lodz Gestalt School at 125 Piotrkowska Street.
The aim of the LSG-Club is to create a space to deepen the Participants’ self-awareness. A professional environment from different countries (Poland, Belarus, Ukraine, the Netherlands) will expand the contextual and meaningful field of the group. It will also foster intensive and safe interaction between the participants and enable deep immersion in the group process.
Group leader: Marten Bos, therapist and supervisor of EAGT, trainer of the Dutch Gestalt Institute (NSG).
Criteria for joining the group:
– minimum level of education is completion of 2 years of gestalt psychotherapy school;
– English or Russian at a communicative level; – having an active practice (at least 3 clients per week);
– no role/relationship conflicts that could interfere with dynamic processes with other group participants.
– By filling in the form you declare your attendance in the annual cycle and the fee of each meeting (regardless of attendance – divided in instalments of 900 PLN each)
Group format:
– closed therapeutic group (up to 15 people);
– 4-5 meetings per year (every 2.5-3 months; scheduled 10 meetings);
– the group will be held stationary in Lodz, at the Lodz Gestalt School;
– group languages: English with translation into Russian.

Cost of participation: PLN 900/meeting
First instalment payable within 7 days of sending the form. Next 3 instalments payable by 14 days before each meeting from April to November 2024.
