Peter Philippson – after a workshop on aggression at the Lodz Gestalt School:
This year Peter Philippson came to the Lodz Gestalt School with topics explored from different poles: shame and aggression. The participants who attended the seminar on aggression had a very high level of energy, which was carefully moderated by the Gestalt master. Peter shared extensive theory, historical claims and his own theoretical views. He demonstrated how it works in demonstration sessions, and worked intensively with group dynamics.
Peter Philippson – after a workshop on aggression
According to participants, after Peter Philippson’s workshop“Aggression: passive, active, creative, destructive,” they gained many interesting insights into their own aggression, as well as an awareness of how to work with it in Gestalt practice. Many issues related to the topic of aggression emerged, which were discussed and explored in detail.
Some participants remarked on the atmosphere and caring attitude on the part of the School (LSG). It was truly an enriching space, full of warm relationships and awareness-raising processes.
It turned out that the event was also multicultural: in addition to Poles, there were participants from Belarus, Ukraine and the UK. New contacts were made in many different areas: between participants, between different philosophical theories, elements of Gestalt theory, theory and practice, past and present. The seminar became for most participants a significant event in their professional lives.
