Therapeutic / psychotherapeutic training is a deep and intense group experience. During its course, participants will have the opportunity to discover their potential, but also their limitations.
Therapeutic coaching is a process in which a therapist uses his or her knowledge and skills to support and help clients solve their emotional, psychological and social problems. Therapists use a variety of techniques and methods, adapting them to the individual client’s needs.
During therapy training, the therapist develops his communication skills, empathy and ability to listen carefully. He also learns to recognize and interpret non-verbal signals, which helps him better understand the client’s emotions and needs.
Therapeutic training may also include gaining knowledge of various therapeutic theories and approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic or family therapy. Therapists learn how to tailor their approach to individual cases and how to conduct an effective therapy session.
An important part of therapeutic training is also working on the therapist’s own personal development. Therapists need to be aware of their own beliefs, emotions and reactions to be able to maintain the right attitude and remain professional when dealing with clients.
Therapeutic training is a process of continuous skill improvement that requires time, commitment and self-reflection. Therapists learn from mistakes and successes, and develop their knowledge and skills to provide the best possible care and support to their clients.
As a result, therapeutic training contributes to the creation of a safe and supportive therapeutic space where clients can express their emotions, understand their problems and find their way to health and well-being.
