“Around life energy” – closed therapy group

Behind us is another series of meetings “Around Loss”, expanded to include different threads of life energy.
We talked about the gains and losses associated with different moments in our lives. About the challenges and gifts that these moments bring. The discussion alone was no longer enough. Participants began to have a movement to something further, to move in the process towards “healing” those sore spots they came with. Taking good care of what hurts provides the opportunity to activate life energy.

Each successive meeting reaffirmed that it was time to take the next step.
Therefore, starting in September, we are launching a closed therapy group where we will work with the cyclical nature of life, the moments of being stuck and the search for mobilization towards what’s next….

If:

• You feel that you are trapped in a loop of difficult and incomprehensible emotions
• Your choices and decisions are fraught with tension that you keep losing something
• You don’t know how to experience the joy of what is, because you feel sad that something is not there and it seems “abnormal” to you
• When you lose something you are left with a feeling of hurt and not knowing how to survive that loss
• Don’t know how to accept and survive with the impossible in life
• Feeling lonely/alone and unable to find your way to balance and peace of mind
• You want to better understand how to create relationships and events with the awareness of the hardship of the irreversible and inevitable present in them

Meetings will be held twice a month, on Wednesdays g. 18.00 – 20.00.The group will work in a cycle of 12 meetings. The first meeting is a moment to get to know each other, discuss the contract, rules of participation in the whole cycle. The next 10 meetings are therapeutic work in a closed group. The last meeting is a summary of the cycle and the results of the work.

The formed group will be a permanent 6-8 person closed group.

The cost of one meeting is 100 PLN. Participants at the first meeting decide on participation in the entire cycle. Payment rules will be discussed at the first meeting, which is payable in cash, on the spot.
