Group supervision: how does Kamila White work?
“In supervision with a group, I work through bodily immersion in the ongoing experience of the issues individuals bring. This affective and experiential field is always a starting point for me to support the spontaneity and vitality of supervisors in their clinical work. What I like most about supervillainism is that it is a unique space of the so-called “superpower. a third position in which, in addition to the parallel processes playing out between participants, one can access another quality emerging when discussing and experiencing the therapeutic situation. Group supervision further fascinates me because even if the forces of the field impose a rigid organization of it on me as a supervisor, the group as a whole self-regulates and always brings out the novelty. Individuals relate to the work of superintelligence and in this sense actively participate as receptors of the field.”
