Event description:

Therapeutic training with Graham Colbourne

Almost everyone has experience with relationships and groups (family, intimate, social, institutional). Some of these experiences are painful and disturbing.

It may have been necessary to limit choices and refrain from expressing oneself, energy and strength out of fear of what is happening and what could happen. Often this fear and limitation persists in later life. Training is an opportunity to experience novelty, excitement and growth in a group.

There is space here to find your own way with the help of an experienced facilitator:

  • to feel a sense of belonging and find their space, boundaries and connection
  • to feel your embodied vitality, strength and vulnerability in relationships with other group members
  • get a high level of support in dealing with blocked and disturbing aspects of your being
  • experiment with vivid new possibilities and choices
  • Develop your established presence, awareness and ability to effectively engage and respond to others in your professional and personal life
  • build your resilience and capacity to grow
  • build a lasting experience of healthy and creative relationships
  • activate the ability to play, share with others and find joy
