What is looking for ground in the body, what to pay attention to when dealing with the customer? What might be the difficulties in people after experiencing trauma in finding relaxation? What does it mean that trauma is a chronic condition and does not end when the traumatic event ends? How do you turn back to the here and now when working with a person after experiencing trauma?
