Agata Haworeń - Lodz Gestalt School - photo of the trainer

My name is Agata Haworeń. I am a psychologist, psychotherapist and educator by training. I finished my psychology studies at the Warsaw School of Social Sciences and Humanities.

I then continued my education at the 4-year Institute for Integral Gestalt Psychotherapy in Krakow. I am EAGT certified.

I started my psychotherapy practice in 2014. Currently, I have been running my own office for 6 years. I work with adults and teenagers. In addition, I co-lead a psychotherapy group, as well as therapeutic training. These activities are aimed at adults.

In addition, I teach students at the School of Business and Health Sciences in Lodz. The content is mainly related to the practice of working with clients/patients and the psychology of human development. I have also been working with the Inspro Foundation for several years, where I provide psychological support to project participants, as well as conducting training and workshops.

When working with people, I give first of all my presence, share my feelings, emotions and open my heart to what comes. This allows me to participate and witness personal journeys into myself, anyone who expresses the need. My work, for me, is about meeting others through presence, feeling the body and emotions, and dialogue. It’s experiencing different energies in the here and now.

In my private life, I am a wife, a mother of two children and a friend. I like living in the city center and relaxing in contact with nature. I love the sound of the waves. I enjoy swimming, skiing, going out with my family and visiting places, those unknown to us before and those we know and like.
