The Lodz Gestalt School invites people aged 19-26 to participate in the project – individual low-fee therapy.
We want to accompany young people at this particularly important moment in life – entering adulthood. For many, this is a time of intense change: first major choices, search for identity, building adult and independent relationships. It is natural that the need for support arises during this period – and this is exactly the space we offer.
We offer:

sessions once a week: 1 meeting per month stationary (Lodz) and 3 meetings online,

therapy in the Gestalt current conducted by Students of the School of Psychotherapy of ŁSG (their work is supervised by the staff of the School),

cost of one meeting: PLN 75,

therapy contract from October 2025 to June 2026.
💡 Why Low Fee Therapy
This is a community project. At Lodz Gestalt School, we believe that therapy should also be available to people who, at the beginning of their adult life, cannot always afford its full cost. Our Male and Female Students are already ready to conduct clinical practice, while remaining under constant supervision of supervisors – a combination of quality, safety and affordability.
We create such initiatives because equality of access, community and authentic encounter are important to us. We want young people to experience therapy not as a luxury, but as a real opportunity to take care of themselves.
