Lynda Osborne – working with couples | Lodz Gestalt School
There is a lack of intimacy. This is the signal – overtly or between the lines – that appears in the offices of many therapists working with couples. How to support partners in regaining intimacy, sexuality and emotional connection? How to understand their individual stories, and the story of their relationship?
These and other questions will be answered during a 20-hour Gestalt workshop with legendary therapist and supervisor Lynda Osborne, which will be held at the on July 4-5, 2026 in Lodz, Poland .
🔎 Lynda Osborne – working with couples. What will this workshop be about?
The workshop will provide an opportunity to:
- looking at the intimate basis of relationships (according to Wheeler and Backman),
- to understand how individual experiences and couples’ pasts affect current contact – including sexual contact,
- An exploration of the longings, fears and barriers that distance partners from each other,
- To develop practical therapeutic competence through theory, case work and experiential exercises.
This workshop is also an invitation to reflect: how as therapists we can support couples toward greater intimacy without imposing ready-made solutions.
