Eco-Therapeutic Gestalt Workshop in Nature: Wild Shore—Eco-Therapeutic Practices in Gestalt Therapy - Monika Gendek | June 3–6, 2027

“Wild Shore” Gestalt Eco-Therapy Workshop with Monika Gendek

How can we regain a sense of belonging to the world of which we are a part? How can we incorporate nature into therapeutic practice—not merely as a backdrop, but as an active element of the healing process?

We will explore these questions together during the “Wild Shore” Gestalt eco-therapeutic retreat, which will be led by Monika Gendek.

This workshop is an invitation to experience Gestalt therapy in close contact with nature. In an intimate group setting, we will explore our relationship with the living world, our own bodies, and our senses, drawing on the perspectives of field theory, ecopsychology, and practices that support the development of an ecological self. The work will be based on experience, phenomenological exploration of contact, and discovering the significance of nature in processes of regulation, regeneration, and healing.

“Wild Shore” is a space for therapists and psychotherapy students interested in expanding their practice to include an ecotherapeutic dimension. Participants will have the opportunity to explore how a relationship with nature can support the therapeutic process, build psychological resilience, and deepen the experience of community and belonging.
