This past weekend, something important for us ended again. E7RR Group has completed the Development Year!
Another group of students closed out the so-called “zero” – ten months of encounters, discoveries, inner twists and moments that stay for a long time. It was a time of courage, confrontation and accompanying each other – in what is true.
Today we give the floor to Dominika Plisiecka, who shares her thoughts with us after this remarkable year. She talks about what surprised her, what she learned, what stays with her for a long time, and – as we learned – about a secret password shared with the group. As the youngsters say: he who is to know, knows! 😎

💬 Another Development Year has ended its journey. Over the weekend there was a “Completion/Farewell” reunion. Even as I write this now I have goosebumps and feel a chill:) It was an extraordinary farewell meeting. Deep, attentive. Full of a variety of emotions and…. discoveries:) Those of my own and those in the eyes of the other person. So much sadness and gratitude in one. Something inevitable happened however beautiful and mature. A wonderful group in which everyone gave their all and took everything that could be taken. Everyone ended with a basket of abundance.
It was an extraordinary experience for me as a trainer. I feel that I also took my basket from this process, full of abundance, for which I am very grateful to the group.
