It is with the greatest pleasure that we introduce another member of our coaching team – Dr. Agnieszka Moscicka-Teske!

Psychologist, therapist, crisis interventionist, head of the Department of Clinical and Health Psychology at SWPS University in Poznan. She deals with issues of stress and ways of coping with it. She is the author of programs for the prevention of psychosocial risks and the author of scientific publications on stress, professional burnout and bullying, ways to counteract them and factors supporting development and mental health.

Head of the Department of Clinical and Health Psychology in the Faculty of Psychology and Law at Poznan SWPS University. Graduate of the School of Trainers and Psychotherapists of the Gestalt Therapy Institute in Krakow. EMDR therapist. Ericksonian hypnotherapist. Consultant, interventionist, therapist and trainer in the topics of communication and assertiveness and coping with stress, professional burnout, aggression in the workplace, bullying and sexual harassment. Expert appointed to participate in Anti-Mobbing Committees. Creator and implementer of health promotion and psychosocial risk prevention programs. Author of scientific and popular science publications on stress, occupational burnout and bullying, ways to counteract them and factors supporting development and mental health.
