Psychologist, therapist, crisis interventionist, head of the Department of Clinical and Health Psychology at SWPS University in Poznan. She deals with issues of stress and ways of coping with it. She is the author of programs for the prevention of psychosocial risks and the author of scientific publications on stress, professional burnout and bullying, ways to counteract them and factors that support development and mental health.
