Gestalt Therapeutic Training

Gestalt Therapeutic Training is a deep and intense group experience. During it, participants will have the opportunity to explore their potential but also their limitations.

Therapeutic coaching is a process in which the therapist uses his or her knowledge and skills to support and help clients to solve their emotional, psychological and social problems. Therapists use a variety of techniques and methods, adapting them to the individual needs of the client.

Gestalt therapeutic training – aims

During therapeutic training, the therapist develops their communication skills, empathy and the ability to listen attentively. He also learns to recognise and interpret non-verbal signals, which helps him to better understand the client’s emotions and needs.

Therapeutic training may also include gaining knowledge of different therapeutic theories and approaches, such as cognitive behavioural therapy, psychodynamic or family therapy. Therapists learn how to adapt their approach to individual cases and how to conduct an effective therapy session.

Working on the therapist’s own personal development is also an important part of therapeutic training. Therapists need to be aware of their own beliefs, emotions and reactions in order to be able to maintain an appropriate attitude and remain professional when dealing with clients.

Therapeutic training is a process of continuous skill development that requires time, commitment and self-reflection. Therapists learn from their mistakes and successes and develop their knowledge and skills in order to provide the best possible care and support to their clients.

As a result, therapeutic training contributes to the creation of a safe and supportive therapeutic space where clients can express their emotions, understand their problems and find their way to health and well-being.
