The 4th edition of the workshop “Working with loss and bereavement” – Margaret Cynker
The theme of loss and bereavement returns in life in many ways – sometimes abruptly and clearly, and sometimes quietly, beneath the surface of everyday events. Changes, breakups, illness, loss of relationships, goodbyes and borderline experiences often call for a pause and attentive accompaniment.
In response to the need for further work with this area We are launching the 4th edition of the workshop “Working with Loss and Bereavement” , led by Margaret Cynker. The next installment of the workshop is aimed at people who want to look at their own experiences of loss – regardless of when they happened and what form they took.
The workshop creates a space to work in the Gestalt movement, in which what is currently present is important: in emotions, body, thoughts and in relationship with others. Participants have the opportunity to explore their experience at a pace that is safe for them, with attention to boundaries, needs and willingness to connect.
The work is done in a group, using conversation, reflection and experience – without imposing interpretations or ready-made solutions. It’s for those who want to better understand how loss and bereavement are present in their lives and how they can be experienced and integrated.
