Interpersonal training with Dominika Plisiecka ended last week.
This was a unique training due to the number of people. It could be considered that the withdrawal of one of the participants the night before the workshop began was the beginning of a process that began to happen even before the start. It is never a coincidence what kind of group comes together. It was the same this time. The participants uncovered a piece of their story, and as a result, the story worked more clearly and was able to transform their experience. The spontaneous situation influenced the quality of the work – it made a question that might have seemed inadequate on the first day turn out to be a need straight from the heart on the third. The puzzling of this process in a group of five was both a great value, but also increased the intensity of the experience. More space meant faster bonding, and faster bonding meant deeper topics. This earned the quality of the work, the threads saturated, and others appeared very clearly for further work.

The next edition of interpersonal training will be held from July 6-9 in Lodz.
This is an experience for people who want to stop for a while and look at how they really function in relationships – what they bring, what they need, what they avoid. The work takes place in a small group and is based on direct contact and what happens “here and now” between participants.
This is not group therapy, but an intensive form of personal development, in which you can better see yourself – your patterns, reactions and ways of building relationships – through meeting others.
The training will be led by Dominika Plisiecka – a trainer of the Lodz Gestalt School and an experienced psychotherapist working in this trend.
