Gestalt workshop: Anger – my natural life energy
Anger, although disliked, overlooked, with a negative “sticker,” is not in itself negative. It is a strong emotion that arises whenever our needs are blocked and boundaries violated or threatened. It has an important function of information, mobilization, protection. It is thanks to it that we know what we want and what we don’t 😊 So why is it so unpopular? It is so difficult to feel it, name it, express it, accept it….
This will be a workshop about taming anger. A workshop where you will learn what is true about anger. During which you will face your own beliefs, capabilities and limitations, in its experience and safe expression. You will learn why, when neglected, it turns into passive aggression and becomes destructive. Why, unexpressed, it takes away the energy to live….
WORKSHOP OBJECTIVES.
– To deepen knowledge of the physiological mechanisms of anger,
– To deepen knowledge of cultural factors shaping views on anger,
– Recognizing one’s own processes of experiencing anger – family transmissions, introjects, limitations,
– Learning about the individual dynamics of experiencing and expressing anger – discovering hardship, resistance, unclogging the channel of anger energy flow,
– gaining the tools to consciously contact one’s own anger, communicate it safely and receive it empathetically
Gestalt workshop: Anger – FOR WHOM IS IT?
For anyone who wants to tame their own anger so that it becomes a life energy for them,
For therapists and therapists of all modalities in training who want to tame the subject of anger,
For therapists of all modalities who want to deepen their understanding of the process of anger that occurs in the office, in the relationship with the client.
About me:
I am a graduate of the University of Lodz, MA in psychology. With Gestalt, I have been permanently involved since 2018. I conduct individual therapeutic processes for adults. I am a psychotherapist certified in EAGT. I teach at the Lodz Gestalt School
In my work I always focus on building contact, I work with the process, with what is currently emerging. It is extremely important for me not only to hear, but to listen and meet in differences. What is important to me in life is peace and a place where I can experience it. The truth is also important. Not one that leads to a rationale, but the truth that every Man carries within himself. Truth and a sense of freedom, one that is possible in a limiting reality.
